Interested in working on a union project within our jurisdiction?
Permit requests are required for:
- Non-union individuals seeking to be considered for union work
- Union members from outside our jurisdiction requesting approval to work within this area
Submitting a permit request allows us to coordinate with productions based on crew needs and availability.
You must sign and submit the digital 3% Work Assessment Consent Form to the local 484 Business Office at office@iatse484.org. If this form is not completed and returned in ADDITION to this request you WILL NOT be referred or approved for work.
